Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings and stays at Melazzano, 83 Old Gippsland Road, Lilydale VIC. By making a booking request you agree to the following.

Bookings & payment

A booking request submitted through this website is confirmed once your hosts accept it and payment is completed via the secure link provided. Rates are quoted in AUD and include a cleaning fee.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

House rules

The cabin sleeps a maximum of 2 guests. To preserve the peace, the property is strictly non-smoking, and pets, parties and events are not permitted.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change and we will do our best to help.

Liability

Guests use the property and its grounds at their own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except as required by law.
